Meet The Founder
Dr. Raphael R. Putrus, DMD, MPH, MHA
Dr. P.’s vision is to give every child greater access to care and this is why he has started Bubble Gum Kids Dentistry! He wants every infant, child, adolescent & parent to have an amazing dental experience!
Dr. Raphael R. Putrus or as patients call him Dr. P, is a Specialist in Orthodontics. This means that in addition to his basic training as a general dentist, he spent three years after dental school doing a residency in orthodontics. He went to dental school and did his orthodontic residency at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Arizona. Because of his advanced specialty training, he is recognized by the American Association of Orthodontics as a specialist in orthodontics.
In addition to a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, he holds two master’s degrees: in public health (MPH) and health administration (MHA). His degree in public health gives him the skills to work with communities and groups to help them meet their orthodontic needs. His degree in health administration enables him to operate well-managed orthodontic offices to provide affordable braces for everyone in the community.
His vision to give every child greater access to care is why he has started Bubble Gum Kids Dentistry! He wants every infant, child, adolescent & parent to have an amazing dental experience! This starts by providing a super cool vibe, fun scented offices, terrific like-minded team members and an overall experience to remember! This dental home extends coordinated appointments, radiograph sharing and less time away from family, friends & school!
